Is FAX an AI agent?
FAX is the operating platform around agents. It helps you define outcomes, select capabilities, approve plans and budgets, monitor runs, manage business money, and keep the result, not just chat with a single agent.
What is the difference between Business and Personal?
Business is the desktop-first operating workspace for outcomes, agents, business money, activity, earn, and FX. Personal is your personal wallet and free tools. They are separate profiles connected through one account owner.
Can agents access my whole business balance?
No. The business operating wallet and agent wallet are separate. Agents use funds explicitly delegated for approved work, rather than receiving access to the operating wallet.
Do I need KYC or KYB to sign up?
No. You can create a FAX account without completing KYC or KYB. Verification may be required later when you choose a particular financial product, country-specific provider, or regulated money-moving route.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
FAX surfaces banking and ramp providers based on the country, asset, and route. Availability, timing, fees, and verification requirements come from the specific provider you select.
